Please read this agreement carefully before using the phshy platform. By accessing or using phshy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
Using phshy constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any provision, you must discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phshy, consistent with PAGCOR's minimum age regulations for online gaming in the Philippines.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
phshy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1.1 Agreement by Use. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the phshy platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the phshy platform.
1.2 Supplementary Documents. These Terms must be read in conjunction with phshy's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
1.3 Amendments. phshy reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their phshy account, or by means of a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of phshy following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.4 Effective Date. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions of the phshy Terms & Conditions.
2.1 Eligibility Requirements. To register for and use a phshy account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered phshy account. The maintenance of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.3 Registration Information. When registering for a phshy account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. phshy reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided during or after registration.
2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements under Philippine law, phshy requires all users to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed above specified thresholds. Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine national ID (PhilSys), passport, UMID, driver's license, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
2.5 Geographic Restrictions. phshy is intended for use by Philippine residents and individuals located within the Philippines. Users accessing phshy from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. phshy shall bear no liability for a user's violation of local laws.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phshy account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account, including selecting a strong password and not sharing your credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phshy immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phshy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Transactions completed prior to notification of unauthorized access may not be reversible.
3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your phshy account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate termination of the account.
3.4 Account Accuracy. You represent and warrant that all information provided to phshy in connection with your account registration and ongoing use is accurate, current, and complete. phshy may suspend or close accounts found to have been registered using false or misleading information.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phshy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and selected over-the-counter payment partners including M Lhuillier, Cebuana, and 7-Eleven Cliqq kiosks. phshy reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at phshy is ₱100.00 Philippine Pesos unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. phshy does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests by verified phshy accounts are processed as promptly as possible. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval during operational hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 banking business days depending on the receiving institution. phshy shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or e-wallet providers.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. phshy reserves the right to conduct security and identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to provide additional documentation to confirm your identity and the legitimate source of funds in your phshy Wallet. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until such verification is completed satisfactorily.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the phshy platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). phshy does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.6 Void Transactions. phshy reserves the right to void and reverse any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, conducted through unauthorized means, or in violation of these Terms. Any funds associated with voided transactions will not be credited to the user's phshy Wallet.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by phshy are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each promotion. General eligibility requires a valid, verified phshy account in good standing. phshy reserves the right to determine user eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits awarded by phshy are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before fulfilling wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phshy strictly prohibits the exploitation of bonuses through systematic strategies designed to generate guaranteed profits, the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, the sharing of bonus-funded accounts, or any other activity phshy deems to constitute bonus abuse. phshy reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
5.4 Promotional Amendments. phshy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Promotional terms and bonus values are subject to change without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the specific terms of any promotion before participating.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All random number generation (RNG) systems used in phshy's virtual games are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. The RNG systems are designed to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random, unpredictable, and statistically consistent with the published return-to-player (RTP) rates for each game. phshy does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games on the phshy platform are streamed from licensed studio facilities. All dealing procedures follow standardized casino protocols under the supervision of trained, certified dealers. The physical outcomes of live games — card deals, wheel spins, dice rolls — are captured and processed by proprietary technology in real time.
6.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity interruption that affects the outcome of a game round, phshy reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed to the respective player's phshy Wallet. phshy shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 House Edge Disclosure. The house edge and RTP for all games on the phshy platform are published and accessible to registered users. By wagering on any game, you acknowledge your understanding that these games carry a statistical advantage in favor of the platform over extended play.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phshy platform. Violation of any prohibition listed herein may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of wallet balance, and/or referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, game assets, interfaces, and other materials comprising the phshy platform are the exclusive property of phshy or its licensors and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. phshy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phshy content.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software component of the phshy platform. You may not use any phshy trademark, logo, or brand identifier without phshy's prior written consent.
9.1 Data Collection. phshy collects and processes personal data from its registered users in connection with account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and platform operations. The categories of personal data collected and the purposes for which they are processed are described in phshy's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9.2 Philippine Privacy Law. phshy complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). You have rights under this law, including rights of access, correction, erasure, and portability in respect of your personal data held by phshy.
9.3 Regulatory Disclosure. phshy may be required to disclose user information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), or other Philippine government authorities in accordance with applicable law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of phshy's confidentiality obligations to you.

10.2 PAGCOR Exclusion Lists. phshy participates in PAGCOR's responsible gaming exclusion programs. Individuals who appear on PAGCOR's exclusion registry are prohibited from maintaining active phshy accounts. If you wish to have yourself added to PAGCOR's exclusion registry, you may do so through PAGCOR's official responsible gaming channels.
10.3 Minor Protection. You must not allow any person under 21 years of age to access your phshy account or use the phshy platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your account is not accessible to minors who may share your device or household.

11.1 No Warranty. The phshy platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. phshy makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phshy's aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount deposited into your phshy Wallet during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
11.3 Consequential Damages. phshy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunity, or loss of data, whether arising from use of or inability to use the phshy platform.
11.4 Force Majeure. phshy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, typhoons, floods, earthquakes, government actions, power outages, internet service provider failures, or cyberattacks.
12.1 Grounds for Suspension. phshy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account, with or without notice, at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; legal or regulatory requirements; or where phshy reasonably believes continued account operation poses a risk to the platform or other users.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your phshy account, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any verified balance remaining in your phshy Wallet at the time of termination (excluding bonus credits and winnings derived from prohibited activities) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable verification requirements, unless the termination was due to prohibited conduct, in which case phshy reserves the right to forfeit the balance.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request the voluntary closure of your phshy account at any time by contacting phshy customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining wallet balance must be withdrawn in full. phshy will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days of receiving a complete request.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and phshy arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phshy platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the aggrieved party's written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
13.3 PAGCOR Complaints. As a user of a PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform, you may also direct unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its established complaints handling process. phshy cooperates fully with all PAGCOR investigations and compliance inquiries.
